All credit card information is for internal use only.  Personal information will not be sold or traded.          Should Virginia Semiconductor, Inc. (VSI) determine that the stock wafers provided do not meet their specifications, you have a 60 day time frame* for one of the following options**:
1. The wafers are to be replaced.
2. The wafers are to be credited and returned to VSI.
3. The wafers are to be returned to VSI for further processing.

Should VSI determine that the custom manufactured wafers (non-stock) provided do not meet their specifications; you have a 180 day time frame* to have one of the following options**:
1. The wafers are to be replaced.
2. The wafers are to be credited and returned to VSI.
3. The wafers are to be returned to VSI for further processing.

*The time frame will begin when the customer receives the wafers.
**The option will be determined by VSI.
